RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We want your shopping experience at Liamelys Closet Boutique to be the amazing! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try make it better.
Please review and inspect your order as soon as is delivered (based on information provided by USPS). If you think that you've received a defective item contact us at contact@liamelysboutique.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order (based on information provided by USPS). Please make sure to include the return reason and a picture of the item(s).
If you were sent incorrect items, please contact us at contact@liamelysboutique.com as soon as possible so we can assist you. We will ship the correct items once we receive from you the incorrect one(s). The item(s) should be received in perfect condition: un-washed, un-worn, and with the original tags still intact. Under no circumstances, we will accept return items that has been wear, stained or damaged. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE OF ALL THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING EXPENSES ASSOCIATED TO RETURNS.
Liamelys Closet Boutique LLC DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. We will offer a store credit that will be valid for 30 days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your store credit. Body Shapes, Swimsuits, White items, and Clearance items are ALL FINAL. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUE FOR THOSE ITEMS.
Once your return is accepted by us, you will have 1 business day to send back the items. In the case we do receive unauthorized/unapproved returns we will reserve the right to decline or accept at our discretion. Shipping and Handling cost associated with the return will not be covered by Liamelys Closet Boutique LLC, you will be responsible of those expenses.

We will deliver to 48 continental states and Puerto Rico for a flat fee of $6.00
We do not cover the shipping cost for returns.
